- maintain the right to post my work in any form
- maintain the right to post your commission for advertising, UNLESS you specifically ask me not to do so.
- maintain the right to turn down any commission with no reason given.
- maintain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. buyer may not claim my art as their own and is for personal use only.
- have a turnaround time of 1 day to 1 month.
you, as the client...
- may not reprint your commission for profit (unless discussed with me first)
- MAY print your commission for PERSONAL use
- may edit, crop, or resize your commission for personal use with proper credit.
- may post your commission to your site or others with proper credit.
- may request small edits or revisions to the commission. large edits and redraws will need to be paid for.
- may request progress / w.i.p. pictures.
- have 24 hours to provide payment for your commission
